The showon function is not a built-in function in HTML, CSS or JavaScript. It is likely a custom function or library that you or someone else has created. Without more information on the context and code of your front-end form, it is difficult to determine what specific actions are required to get the showon function working.
However, in general, if the showon function is not working, you may need to check that any necessary libraries or scripts are properly linked and included in your front-end template. You should also verify that the code implementing the showon function is correctly written and functioning as intended.
If you are using a library, you should make sure that it is loaded before any code that uses its functions. You can also try to debug the issue by checking the console for any error messages or by adding console.log statements to the relevant code to see if it is being executed as expected.
If you still have trouble, you can provide more details on the code and context, and I can try to assist you further.
