How do I access the component from a Menu was created by Steve Gower

When I go to add a menu selection to call up my component view, the component options do not show up as an item to be linked to a menu.

After I create the empty views for this component I can add a menu selection to call the listing but when I do I get an internal server error. I also get a internal server error when I access the data from the back end...

Whats up???

Okay, I deleted the empty view.

I have now edited the table and indicated to create list view. The problem I am having now is that the headers are all bunched up and not over the column they represent.

How do I correct this
