Creating a Joomla 3 Component was created by Steve Gower
When I create my component I do not see were I can select between Joomla 2.5 or 3.X...  The component always builds up as a joomla  2.5 component.

No assistance required, I figured this one out.  I just needed to edit the component and select Joomla 3.x
