Hello I sent you message via contact and email but I did not receive response in 2 days I paid for my sub but never gave me my sub for your component creator

please can you sort this asap as was using your site to speed up some development but seems I may have to file report to paypal if I not getting what I paid for as this is second time this has happened as last time you moved servers and lost all my work so I thought I try using your site again for another project

I'm in the same situation. I already made the payment by paypal, but not yet received access to premium account. I have a deadline for the development of a component and I already lost three days.

Well, it is nice to say so but this is not happening.

I paid for my subscription and PayPal has sent the money to you, but as you can see, nothing has happened.
