Include multiple list fields in text search

Please could we include multiple list fields in text searches, as I have selectable tags i.e Animals, Mountains, Landscapes, Seascapes, Cats, Humerous, etc on a multiple select list. The Values = Description so it would be nice to be able to allow the user to enter mountains in the search field instead of having to scroll down the list.
