Set up your data:
a. Create a table containing the primary data source.
b. Create separate tables containing the dependent options for each category in the primary data source.
Create the primary dropdown listbox:
a. Insert a dropdown listbox in your worksheet.
b. Link the dropdown listbox to the primary data source.
c. Populate the dropdown listbox with the primary data source.
Create the dependent dropdown listboxes:
a. Insert additional dropdown listboxes in your worksheet for each category in the primary data source.
b. Link each dropdown listbox to its respective dependent data source.
c. Define the options for each dependent dropdown listbox based on the selected value in the primary dropdown listbox.
Test and refine:
a. Test your dynamic dependent dropdown listbox to ensure it functions properly.
b. Refine your design as necessary to improve usability and functionality. upsers portal
