Interesting. The topic that I raised was "Support response time?" ... and your response to that took over 3 YEARS!
I guess that kinda answers the question I raised.

No need to reply again. I've moved on to a different solution that provides better functionality (and support - even though they have no 'formal' support service.)

Hello Chris,
You have to be more careful where you post. The first page of our forum informs that:
"Please note: This is a community forum and is not actively monitored by the Component Creator team. It is here for the community to exchange tips and tricks and help each other get the most out of Joomla Component Creator.

If you are a premium member and have a question you would like answered, please contact us ."

So our support time is still 48h for our premium members and is not provided in the forum.
