Hello,
I can not use a simple "file" type field, the only solution I found is to pull a multiple "File" field.
But I have it is important in my component that the user can only download one file (Image in my case)
My field:
<field name="photo1" type="FileMultiple" label="COM_ESOFFERS_FORM_LBL_ANNONCE_PHOTO1" description="COM_ESOFFERS_FORM_DESC_ANNONCE_PHOTO1" hint="COM_ESOFFERS_FORM_LBL_ANNONCE_PHOTO1"/>
I want field; type="file"
But that does not work.
How can I do ?

We don't have any reported issues about the File field type.
