Hi and thanks for following that up, sorry it was so hard to reproduce and I wasn't clearer.
A workaround for your component (pre joomla fix) could be appending suffixs on clone action to the clone, but yes this shouldn't really be allowed to happen through the joomla install process.

Yes, our solution will be to append a prefix to views when cloning and to not allow manually creating the same view more than once.
