How to link Joomla user email address?

How to link Joomla user email address? was created by IC Info
I need to link a Joomla user email address to a form. There seems to be J_EMAIL but it seems that can't be linked with Joomla users. How should I go about this?

If you don't have any email to link your accountw ith Jamoola user, then try to use this website tool that generate free emails.
